Occupying the unused space between the rear tire and the pannier rack, the Camel Tank keeps the fuel weight low, balances out the weight of you exhaust systems on the opposite side and leaves your rear rack free for a duffle bag.
The WR250R’s fuel injected motor is very good on fuel. Even a motor that sips fuel can only get so far on 2 gallons. With the new WR/X Camel Tank kit you’ll pick up 75% more range!
Whether you’re ripping in the desert with your mates, exploring the backwoods near your home or on an around the world trip, more fuel range means less worrying about your next fuel stop and more enjoying the adventure!
The WR/X Camel Tank kit comes with everything required to mount it on your bike including a new lower profile aluminum chain guard.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are using the stock fuel tank you will require a gas cap with a 6mm or 1/4” barb on top, such as the Camel ADV W250R/X Billet Aluminium Fuel Cap (sold separately), in order to attach the camel tank fuel line.
Camel Tank CT-WRR Fits With:

- Wolfman rackless soft luggage (Enduro Dry Saddlebags, E-12 Saddlebags, Daytripper Saddlebags)

The Camel ADV auxiliary tank kit will work with most aftermarket front mount fuel tanks as well (may require modification to tank plumbing).

- holds 6 litres/1.5 gallons

Long range
By: leslie king on 23 November 2017With the camel tank you can get about 5.7lt in it and match it up with the 13.8lt safari tank. I now get just on 600km per tank load and that is mix of adv / road riding. Fitting it was very easy so long as you don't have a rear rack like b&b, as I do but just had to make up some aluminum spacers and job done perfect
