1. Product Stock Status

All of the products on our website are in stock and ready to be picked and dispatched by our warehouse team. The only exceptions are those marked "out of stock" and any custom-made, order-in products.

All orders received by 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

2. AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We are proud to be the largest adventure motorcycle accessories retailer in Australia. We offer two shipping options for Australian customers:

Standard Shipping:
Flat rate of $10 for all standard orders.

Express Shipping:
Calculated based on package weight and delivery address. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

We primarily use Australia Post eParcel, with StarTrack Express or Couriers Please used for bulky items. Adventure Moto cannot accept liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary around Australia. To estimate your delivery time, use the Australia Post Delivery Time Calculator . Our postcode is 4220 (Burleigh Heads).

Some products ship from third-party warehouses, including oversize items, dangerous goods, and certain engine components.

3. DANGEROUS GOODS (DG)

Adventure Moto has submitted all required documentation to legally transport dangerous goods. Items considered Dangerous Goods include lubricants, oils, aerosols, and some cleaning agents.

Depending on order size, DG items may be shipped separately. This does not delay our handling time, though DG consignments may incur slight delivery delays due to carrier processes.

All DG orders can still be tracked using the shipping information emailed to you upon dispatch. DG items cannot be returned or exchanged as return freight is not permitted. For more information, please contact our customer service team.

DG items cannot be shipped internationally.

4. NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer shipping to New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated based on current post rates and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times:
Orders ship via Australia Post Express Courier International, with estimated 3–4 business day delivery. Some customers report next-day delivery.

Customs/Duties:
Orders over NZD $175 may incur customs taxes. These charges are not controlled by Adventure Moto and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Refused parcels may be abandoned; Adventure Moto is not liable for lost funds as a result.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we do not offer shipping to other countries. However, if you have a special request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

6. NORFOLK ISLAND SHIPPING

Standard Shipping to Norfolk Island may take 4–8 weeks due to barge transport between Sydney and the island. Rough seas may cause re-routing and delays.

Tracking will not update once the parcel leaves Sydney. For faster service, select Australia Post eParcel Express to ship via air.

7. CONSIDERATIONS

  1. Delivery times are calculated in business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  2. Orders received after 2pm are processed on the next business day.
  3. All orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse.
  4. In-stock items are dispatched on the same day when orders are received before 2pm.
  5. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you promptly to arrange a solution.

8. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

You can check the status of your order and track dispatched consignments from your account page. A tracking link is also sent via email when your order is dispatched.

9. RETURN TO SENDER

If your order is returned to sender, the order amount will be credited to your Adventure Moto account (excluding shipping costs unless Adventure Moto is at fault).

You may reorder with the correct details. If you prefer a refund instead, please contact our Customer Service team.

Note: If your order had free freight, the credited/refunded amount will exclude the initial freight cost incurred by Adventure Moto (unless we were at fault).
