Not happy with a product? Wrong size or colour? Wish to Exchange or Return an item?  

Within reason, this is not a problem, because at AdventureMoto we aim to ensure you’re out having fun and not out of pocket!

AdventureMoto offers a 60-day No-hassle return or exchange policy*.

Simply give us a call on +61 2 9651 3355 or an email to  We can of course only offer returns on goods that are in “As New” condition including all labels, stickers and packaging. 

Let us know what you want to happen and leave the rest to us.

Size & Fit Guarantee

We offer a Size & Fit Guarantee** on KLIM Gore-Tex and Adventure apparel, which are marked on our website with the Size & Fit Guarantee logo.  Call us on 02 9651 3355 and we’ll send you a return label if it’s a qualifying product. Please note that the Size & Fit Guarantee is offered for replacing product for size correction and not for change of mind items.

Return Tips

Make sure the item has all the original tags, labels, and stickers still attached to the product.

Ensure the item is in its original packaging, making sure it is secure and able to be restocked if suitable for resale. If returning a helmet or boots do not tape the original box. Return in the original shipping box supplied. 

Don't forget to include your order number so we know who sent us the item! (You'd be amazed how many people don’t!!!)

Please Note: Adventure Moto reserves the right to reject the return of an item not in a resalable condition. In some instances, at the discretion of our returns team, a 20% restocking fee may be incurred (staff will discuss this with you first).

For goods returned from outside AUSTRALIA, the following must be written legibly on both the packaging and customs declaration. 'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE’.

Adventure Moto is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. 


If you are having difficulty installing the part onto your motorcycle, please give us a call +61 2 9651 3355 so we can give you a couple of tips on how to install it.

Installation Tips

Loosely install the part onto your bike to ensure it sits correctly before tightening the bolts.

Never force an item trying to fit it. If in doubt, call us. Take extra care fitting seats ensuring all mounting lugs are correctly aligned.  Seat concepts will NOT warrant seats that have been incorrectly fitted.

Refrain from scratching, twisting or bending the item. Using a soft blanket under hard parts when on the ground will help.


If your goods have a manufacturing defect we will be happy to process an exchange or refund. All warranty matters should be sent to or call us on +61 2 9651 3355.

In order to speed up the warranty process please send us the following photos

  • the entire front and rear of the garment or product
  • Helmets, include front, back, sides and top of helmet
  • Boots. include the soles.
  • The area(s) of concern / issue / fault
  • All labels on the garment / product

If returning a KLIM product, then please include a picture of the PO number on the label. See images below.

Helmets are a sticker located under the crown liner and look like this.

Boots are like this on the tongue of the boot.

Each case is different and we may or may not need to have your item returned to our store or sent away for repair. We will advise you of this after reviewing your particular concerns.

We want you to be happy and we typically cover postage costs for warranty issues. There are of course exceptions that will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Any additional warranties offered by AdventureMoto are in addition to your statutory rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

**Items in the KLIM range covered by our SIZE FIT GUARANTEE apply to all KLIM Gore-Tex jackets and pants, KLIM Krios or Krios-Pro helmets and Klim GTX boots. Items with the SIZE FIT GUARANTEE are noted on our website. KLIM Off-Road pants, jerseys, off-road helmets, and all KLIM gloves, as well as Items including base layers and underwear, are not covered by the SIZE FIT GUARANTEE. For health reasons, some items may not be exchangeable. These would include undergarments and/or ride shorts. With our SIZE FIT GUARANTEE, we offer one FREE return for sizing up or down within 60 days from the time of purchase. We do not offer a FREE return label on sale or discounted items.

Most returns for a credit or refund will typically be at the out of pocket expense of the customer.
