RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Not happy with a product? Wrong size or colour? Wish to Exchange or Return? No problem
If you wish to return a product simply log into your account, complete the return/exchange request form (see 'returns process' below) and return the goods with your RMA clearly writting on the outside of the postage package. This must be within 30 days of receipt of goods to be entitled to a full credit or refund of the product price (excluding any shipping fees originally charged).
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse in Dural, Sydney NSW.
All items being returned for refund must reach us in n “AS NEW”, re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging and any tags, labels still attached.
Once your return is received and inspected by Adventure Moto (usually within two business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business day after your credit is applied and posted to your account.

Simply log into your account, complete the return/exchange request form (see 'returns process' below) and return the goods with you RMA clearly writting on the outside of the postage package.
Be sure to tell us your exchange details in the comments box ie. 32” for a 34” or Large for an XL, Black for Silver etc. The more information you give us the quicker we are able to respond. If an item is subsequently on back order you will be contacted so you can decide if you prefer a refund or credit or would rather a different product.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your original order back to us for exchange, however we will ship the new item to you FREE OF CHARGE.
If you are exchanging merchandise and would like the new items shipped out prior to us receiving the old items it is not a problem. We would need to take another payment but once we process the items you are returning, a full refund for the original item will be issued back to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note: DVDs, electrical goods, helmets, computer software, can not be returned unless faulty.
Please note: No Exchanges or cancellations on SALE items or orders that have been marked 'Special Order' in the 'Stock Information' field of the product page, unless faulty.

Step 1: Login to your account by clicking on Login/Register button above “your basket”
Step 2: Click 'Resolution Centre' on the left hand side under 'My Account'
Step 3: In the Resolution Centre' page click 'Click Here To Start A New Dispute' and then select 'Item Dispute'. Select the reason for returning the merchandise, selete the invoice it is associated with and continue to next step. Choose if you want to change the entire order or select only a few items that need changing. Let us know if you would prefer a refund or an exchange for another item in the comments box.
Step 4: Click 'Submit request'. A Staff member from Adventuremoto will be in contact with you shortly with an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) number to include with your package.
Step 5: Place with the merchandise in a shipping box, you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department. Clearly write on the outside of the packaging your RMA number.

For goods returned from outside AUSTRALIA the following must be written legibly on both the packaging and customs declaration. 'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE’. Please contact our returns department before returning any goods to us whether for exchange or warranty.
Please retain your return tracking information. Adventure Moto is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from Adventure Moto when your return is processed which will include the full details of the amounts credited or refunded.
If your goods have arrived with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt where we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible) or refund. All warranty matters should be sent to email@example.com or call us on 1300 466686.
Damaged In Transit:
Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged.
Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible.
Damaged goods claims are handled through Australia Post or a nominated courier company. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
Incorrect or incomplete items
If the item we have sent you is incorrect or different to that stated on your invoice, please return the item to us within 14 days where we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible) or refund.
If some of the component parts are incorrect or missing please return the whole item as you received it and we will process an exchange or refund.
Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assist you in claiming a manufacturers warranty where we can by starting your claim or providing you further contact to process your claim.
Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
All items must be returned clean. Parts or garments not returned clean will be returned to the customer and shipping costs will be charged.
In the case of warranty claims on clothing for repair please remove all extra components, such as armour, hydration system etc and only return the actual clothing piece to which the claim relates to.
Any international returns must be declared as returns on any commercial invoices. Adventure Moto will not accept any duties or taxes incurred by incorrectly declared goods, these will be charged to the customer.
Warranty claims that are not accepted will be returned to the customer.
