Soft Luggage, Apparel, and Helmets

Adventure Moto offers A 30 DAY NO FUSS return OR exchange for sizing errors on most of the Adventure riding apparel that we stock. Simply give us a call +61 2 9651 3355 or an email, within 30 days from the time of your order, giving us an outline as to exactly why you want to exchange it. ie. 32” for a 34” or Large for an XL, etc. The more information you give us the quicker we are able to respond and get the replacement item out to you. We only offer return labels on items that fit within our KLIM - Size & Fit Guarantee, which includes most Goretex Jackets and Pants as well as KLIM KRIOS and KRIOS-PRO helmets. We generally do not offer return labels for other brands or for general merchandise, including for colour changes, change of mind purchase, or soft luggage exchanges. 


We do offer a SIZE & FIT GUARANTEE on most KLIM Goretex and Adventure apparel, which are marked on our website with the Guarantee logo*.


(* Items in the KLIM range covered by our SIZE & FIT GUARANTEE  apply to all KLIM Goretex jackets and pants, and KLIM Krios or Krios-Pro helmets. Items with the SIZE & FIT GUARANTEE are noted on our website. KLIM Off-Road pants, jerseys, as well as off-road helmets and all KLIM gloves, as well as Items including off-road gloves and base layers, including underwear, are not covered by the SIZE & FIT GUARANTEE. For health reasons, some items may not be exchangeable. These would include undergarments and/or ride shorts. With our SIZE & FIT GUARANTEE, we offer a FREE return for sizing up or down within 30 days from the time of purchase. We do not offer a FREE return label on sale or discounted items).


Return Tips:

  1. Make sure the item has all the original tags, labels, and stickers (this is a legal requirement for helmets) still attached to the product, where possible.

  2. And, you haven't taken the item you want to exchange for a test ride unless of course, the return is a warranty item.

  3. Call us to request a return label if your item comes under our size/fit guarantee

  4. Keep the item in original packaging, making sure it is secure and able to be restocked if suitable for resale.

  5. If this is a warranty claim, please add a description of the problem with a copy of your receipt. We can email you a receipt if you do not have this on hand.

  7. Don't forget to include your order number or copy of the receipt so we know who to return your money or replacement item!


Returning Klim Helmets: It’s important that you leave the sticker on the visor and that all the labels are still attached. This is a legal requirement for helmets returns. Please note that while the world is exposed to the COVID-19 pandemic. Any returned helmets under our Size & Fit Guarantee, will be thoroughly steam cleaned, disinfected, and then quarantined for 72 hours before being returned to stock.


Hard Parts, Electronics, Seats, Hard Luggage and General Hardware

If you are having difficulty installing the part onto your motorcycle, please give us a call +61 2 9651 3355  so we can either give you a couple of tips on how to install it according to your bike model or to find out if we need to send out spacers to ensure it fits correctly.

Installation Tips:

  1. Loosely install the part onto your bike to ensure it sits correctly before tightening the bolts.

  2. Refrain from scratching, twisting or bending the item (using a soft blanket under hard parts when on the ground will help).

  3. Call us if you need any installation assistance.

Return Tips:

  1. Make sure the item has all the original tags, labels and stickers still attached to the product and that it is not twisted or scratched from your test install.

  2. And, you haven't taken the item you want to exchange for a test ride.

  3. Keep the item in the original packaging,  making sure it is secure and in reselling order.

Please Note: Adventure Moto reserves the right to reject the return of an item not in resalable condition. In some instances, a 15% restocking fee may be incurred (staff will discuss this with you first).

For goods returned from outside AUSTRALIA, the following must be written legibly on both the packaging and customs declaration. 'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE’.


Adventuremoto is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call from us when your return is processed which will include the full details of your replacement or of the amounts credited or refunded.

Gift Certificates and Coupons

Please note that gift certificates and coupons are non-transferrable, non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.

Warranty Returns or Damaged In Transit

If your goods have arrived with a manufacturing defect, or are inherently faulty, please return the goods to us and we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible) or refund. All warranty matters should be sent to or call us on  +61 2 9651 3355.


  1. Take pictures of the entire front and rear of garment or product (Including soles of boots).

  2. Take a picture of the size and style tags on the product.

  3. Take an image of the warranty issue/fault.

  4. If returning a KLIM product, then please include a picture of the PO number on the label (see image below).

  5. Call us or email through the images to discuss the warranty issue. Each case is different and therefore we may or may not need to have your item returned to our store or sent away for repair. We will advise you of this after analysing the images. 

  6. If your item has arrived with a defect, we will provide you with a shipping label to cover return costs. However, if your item has developed a fault after use you may need to cover return costs when shipping the faulty item back to us. We will cover postage costs to ship the replacement/repaired item back to you.

Incorrect or incomplete items

If the item we have sent you is incorrect or different to what is stated on your invoice, please return the item to us and we will be happy to process an exchange (where possible) or refund.
