2. ADVENTURE MOTO DEALS TERMS & CONDITIONS
We are not able to offer deal pricing outside of the set timeframes. If you purchase an item outside of this time, it will be at the original price. If an item you purchased has deal pricing applied after your purchase, we are not able to reimburse the difference.
All items, including deal items, can be returned in accordance with our returns policy. If you choose to return an item after the deal has ended, the replacement item will be at the current (non-deal) price unless you are exchanging for a different size of the same item (see below). We recommend purchasing replacement items immediately to secure the deal pricing.
We will accept size-only returns at the original deal purchase price in accordance with our returns policy, provided the item is in stock and is the same item (from the same overarching part number). Returns for alternative items are subject to price differences.
We are not able to special-order, lay-by, or raincheck items at deal pricing. Deal pricing is final, with no further discounts.
We are not able to hold items prior to complete payment. To secure items and pricing you will need to pay in full.
Items added to your cart at the deal price during the promotion will revert to their original price once the deal has ended. Any quotes or invoices created during the deal timeframe will be cancelled after the promotion ends and items will return to their original price.
3. MARKETING
By ordering or registering on adventuremoto.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and send transactional emails such as order, shipping, and product review notifications.
From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can be removed from marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing via the link at the footer of any marketing email or by contacting our Customer Service team. We do not share, sell, or exchange your contact information with other companies, excluding shipping carriers who use this information to deliver orders.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. adventuremoto.com.au reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
We also reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered for any item.
5. FRAUD PREVENTION
All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance processes. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order, and orders may be held from shipment until security checks are completed.
We will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. Failure to comply with security requests from Adventure Moto will result in the order being cancelled and funds refunded to the original payment method.
6. WHOLESALE
adventuremoto.com.au is a reseller to end-user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by adventuremoto.com.au.
Products imported by Ballard’s will be available on the Ballard’s B2B website to reseller account holders. Dealer pricing is not available to any reseller that has not created a trading account with Ballard’s. For trade or wholesale enquiries, please email enquiries@adventuremoto.com.au.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Customers who choose Express Shipping (no signature) give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. Adventure Moto will only replace orders using this method if the order is proven lost in transit by our delivery company.
The delivery times provided by adventuremoto.com.au are estimates only. Adventure Moto will not be held accountable for late deliveries or any loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Larger orders may be split into multiple consignments without notice for ease of delivery. Tracking information for all consignments will be available.
Adventure Moto will not be held accountable for delivery instructions left on the order being missed or not followed. More information on Adventure Moto’s shipping policy.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
Any item to be returned to Adventure Moto will only be accepted once approval has been granted and an RMA number has been created. Adventure Moto reserves the right to refuse any returned item if it does not meet the guidelines set when the RMA was created.
The cost of returning rejected items is the responsibility of the customer, and Adventure Moto reserves the right to hold products until payment of return shipping has been made. More information on Adventure Moto’s returns policy.
9. PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing, unless otherwise stated, is set to Recommended Retail Price, which in most cases is set by the Australian importers of the products. Pricing changes at Adventure Moto may be directed by Australian suppliers due to currency fluctuations.
Additional duties and taxes may be added to your package by the destination country. You are responsible for these charges, which are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures shown on the site are approximations based on exchange rates.
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you notify us before goods have been dispatched, adventuremoto.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have already shipped, Adventure Moto reserves the right to refuse cancellation or to charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
11. LAYBYS
Adventure Moto offers customer laybys and payment plans. We require a 20% payment of the total order value upfront to secure your layby and stock. Orders over $1,000 AUD may require 20–50% upfront, depending on order value.
Wheelsets and orders requiring stock to be ordered in will not be actioned until all payments are finalised. Payment intervals are to be no longer than 2 weeks apart. Adventure Moto will keep you updated on the progress of your layby and send reminders during the process.
Adventure Moto allows a maximum of 90 days for layby completion. If payment is not completed within this period, we will contact you to finalise payment. If contact cannot be established after 90 days from the initial payment, the layby will be cancelled and a restocking fee of 10% of the total order value will apply, with any remaining credit refunded.
Laybys can be arranged in-store at the Dural or Eagle Farm showrooms, over the phone on 02 9651 3355, or via our help centre. You may also save an order as a quote on the Adventure Moto website and contact us to set up a payment plan.
12. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or supplier error, adventuremoto.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
This right applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, a full credit will be issued.
Product images may not always be an exact representation of the listed product. Many images are sourced from Australian importers and may not reflect the current version. Please refer to product titles, descriptions, and fitment listings for accuracy.
13. GIFT VOUCHERS
Adventure Moto gift cards entitle users to Australian Dollars that can be redeemed at adventuremoto.com.au or in-store at Dural or Eagle Farm showrooms. Gift cards have a 36-month expiration period from the date of purchase.
In order to successfully use your gift card, the following rules apply: the gift card number and verification code must be entered on the payment page; the gift card must be used prior to its expiration date.
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. If you return items purchased with a gift card, Adventure Moto may, at its discretion, issue a store credit up to the value of the gift card amount redeemed.
To redeem your gift card, you must use the Adventure Moto checkout (“Proceed to Checkout”). Using external checkout options (such as PayPal Express) may bypass the gift card redemption page.
For further information or clarification on any of the above terms and conditions, please contact the Adventure Moto team .
