Our Shipping Policy

If Australia Post fails to deliver your order or your purchase is damaged in transit, we will do our best to assist with tracking the lost or missing item and get your order to you, or help you manage a warranty on the item. However, once the product you have ordered has left our warehouse, this risk passes to the customer and the carrier.
You can, request that we send the item with insurance at an additional cost, or choose Express postage or signature required on delivery. These requests may need to be made by telephone as the additional charges applicable may not be included in our website's freight calculations.
If an item is ordered, but is oversold or currently out of stock, or will be delayed, we will contact you by email or by phone if we have your full contact details.
Sale Day Shipping On Orders Before 2 PM*
While we strive to ship out every order we receive before 2 pm on the same day, Same Day Shipping is subject to pick up times by Australia Post or Star Track Express and the number of orders we might be processing at any given time. These variables and others might affect our ability to process and get your order out on the same day you place it with us.
*Same Day Shipping may be limited during times of national emergency, busy holiday periods, business stress, including the current period of business interruption brought on by the COVID 19 Pandemic.
